 Learn the basics of canning and some canning techniques with the help of Chef Maddox. In this demo, you will learn about the boiling method, hot pack method, and pressure cooking method. The Chef will make fruit preserves, bread & butter pickles, pickled beets, and vanilla scented pears. CMPLD cardholders only. REGISTER
