 Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help improve circulation, balance and alignment while restoring energy. Join us and learn a few basics of this low-impact martial art, though becoming an expert in Tai Chi takes years of practice of course! Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Limited to CMPLD card holders only. REGISTER.
