 Linda Roberts began meditating after the passing of her mother, to help with the grieving process she experienced. She discovered numerous physical and emotional benefits as a result of meditating. Linda enjoys sharing a wide variety of meditation styles to help others experience the centering benefits of meditation. Linda is a Reiki Master Teacher with 8 years of meditation experience.
