Other Information:
 Isabel Raci is a certified meditation teacher, relaxation guide, yoga instructor and laughter yoga leader. Isabel is also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has additional training in yoga therapeutics including yoga for cancer and pain management with yoga. She is also certified by the Veterans Yoga Project and spends time at James Lovell Federal Health Center teaching yoga and meditation. She is passionate about the practice of meditation and yoga as self-care. Her goal is to provide a safe, lighthearted and peaceful environment for her students.
