Participants will also build self-awareness through postures, breath work, and meditation. Appropriate for all fitness levels; flexibility is not a requirement.

Torok is a certified Group Fitness and YogaFit instructor. In addition to teaching Chair Yoga for Cook Memorial Public Library District, she also instructs Vinyasa Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Zumba classes at gyms and fitness studios in our community.
